1. The service

Rimotik is a Windows desktop application that translates, dubs and subtitles short videos on the user's own computer, and can send a finished video to the user's own TikTok, YouTube or Facebook account when the user asks it to.

2. Your account on other platforms

Connecting TikTok, YouTube or Facebook is optional. You sign in on the platform's own page; Rimotik never sees your password. Rimotik only acts when you press a button: for TikTok it uploads the video you chose to your TikTok inbox as a draft, and you decide yourself whether to post it. You can disconnect at any time in the app or in the platform's settings.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to your videos. You are responsible for having the right to translate, dub and publish the material you process, and for following the rules of each platform you post to (including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service).

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Rimotik to publish content that infringes others' rights, is illegal, misleading, or violates a platform's policies. Videos made with AI voices should be labelled as AI-generated where the platform asks for it.

5. No warranty

Rimotik is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by the use of the app, by third-party platforms, or by content you publish.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
